These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on Noxer.

Order: Any validated and paid order constitutes acceptance of these terms. Noxer reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock issues or fraudulent payment.

Prices: Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Noxer reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment: Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are secured through Shopify Payments.

Final sale: All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted except in the case of a defective product.

VAT & European regulations: As a seller shipping within the EU, Noxer complies with applicable European consumer protection regulations. VAT may apply depending on the destination country.

Applicable law: These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nîmes shall have sole jurisdiction.
